SHANE Shane Marshall, the solid, hard-hitting drummer of Charity Case is the product of an average mid-western upbringing that included very diverse musical influences. From gospel to top 40, new wave to heavy metal/hard rock, they all contributed to his desire to play the drums.

t wasn’t until 1989 that he acted on that desire and purchased his first drum set. Shortly after that, Shane joined up with a country band named Aspen. Not exactly his favorite type of music, but it was an opportunity to play. Aspen never made it out of the garage, but the experience provided Shane with the desire to perform.

In 1990 Shane joined Panorama which several months later became Stranger. Stranger went on to become the best 80's band in Dayton, Ohio and is still going strong. READ MORE >>
